The primary reason for the suspension of this service is due to unforeseen changes in market conditions, and the strategic realignment of our business priorities. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to many of you who have relied on DHL easySHOP for their international shopping needs, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


During this transition period, we kindly request that you promptly finalize and release any shipments in our warehouses, and avoid sending new shipments to your DHL easySHOP address box in the US and the UK during the next 30 days. Any new shipments received after 26th June 2024 will be abandoned. Our dedicated team members stand ready to assist you with this process and ensure a smooth transition.
